FIT’s campus spans one NYC block and meets fashion from corner to corner.
I decided it was time student street style was showcased on a wider basis. This past week it was Thaddeus Coates’ orange tiger-striped jogger pant that caught my eye. Check it out below.

“As far as seeing myself in fashion, there isn’t anyone who looks like me and wears what I wear. I often reference Solange, Sisqo, mixed with my own flair.”
Q3: Where are key pieces from your outfit from?
“Stanley’s in DC (Pants), Buffalo Exchange (Sunglasses)”
Q4: What is your favorite trend at the moment?
“I don’t really follow trends, but some of my favorite things in fashion going on are the recent return of du-rags in fashion; also the velour sweatsuits. I’m a stickler for 2000’s fashion.”

“My least favorite trend is probably those fishnets under the jeans look. #YIKES”
Q6: What is your favorite summer item you cannot wait to break out?

“Definitely the highlight or glossy eyelid look.”
