Kylie Jenner is back at it again with yet another installment in her coveted Lip Kit business.
The first Kylie Cosmetics “kollaboration” is a collection of three matte liquid lipsticks and one shimmering gloss. As the name suggests, the “Koko Kollection” was created by Khloe Kardashian, Jenner’s older sister, and is the first of many surprises set to be released by the brand this holiday season. Jenner teased fans with swatch videos and pictures the week leading up to the release of the collection on November 9th.
According to the Kylie Cosmetics’ website, Khloe handpicked each color. With names like “Damn Gina” (a shimmering nude gloss), “Gorge” (a deep matte burgundy), “Khlo$” (a matte, yellow-toned nude), and “Okurr” (a vibrant matte fuchsia), it is pretty clear how hands-on Khloe was in the making of this collection. As expected, this limited edition set completely sold out in just six minutes.
Each lip product is packaged in a gold tube, similar to the birthday collection Jenner released back in August. The matte shades have a doe foot applicator and the gloss has a brush applicator.
The Koko Collection retailed for $40 with free shipping, making this the best-valued collection Jenner has ever released.
Just two days after the collection sold out online, Jenner announced on Instagram that due to popular demand, the Koko Collection will be offered again, but only for one more time. Lip kit lovers rejoice!
