How to Stay Glowy in the Cold, Dry Winter Months

We all know that the cold weather and our skin are not best friends. Once November
hits, my skin cries for help. The cracking, dry patches and teary eyes lead to a whole mess. However, I have finally found some products that have been my holy grail in the winter. Listed below are a few inexpensive and one pricey (yet worth the money) products that will save your skin in the winter.

Tatcha Water Cream

Let’s start off with the most expensive product. I swear the outcome is worth the money.
The Tatcha Water cream is $68, but it’s worth every penny. You can find Tatcha products at Sephora or online. This moisturizer is anti-aging, pore refining and full of other vitamins that are amazing for your skin. Not only is this product a moisturizer, it can also be used as a makeup primer. The cream hides pores and helps dryness, dullness and uneven texture. It lasts a long time and leaves amazing, long- lasting results.

Cetaphil Moisturizing Lotion

Now for a more affordable product. Cetaphil Moisturizing Lotion is only $10.79.
You can find this product at most drugstores. I use this moisturizer every morning, and every night, and my skin instantly fills with hydration. I highly recommend everyone to try this face and body product.

The Crème Shop Hyaluronic Acid Overnight Gel Mask

To keep your skin glowy in the winter, the Crème Shop Hyaluronic Acid Overnight Gel Mask is the perfect product. I purchased this product last month at Ipys Gen Beauty convention at the Crème shop stand. I have been using this product once a week since and have seen amazing results. You apply it right before bed, then you wash it off in the morning. My skin has been feeling extremely hydrated since using this product. The mask is only $11.99, and can be purchased at the Crème Shop or other drugstores.

Loreal True Match Lumi Liquid Glow Illuminator

Now for a makeup product to help your skin look extra glowy in the winter, the
Loreal True Match Lumi Liquid Glow Illuminator will do the job. Powder highlight tends to
look cake-y when your face is dry. However, this product highlights key features on the face. It is a lightweight formula and it fits every skin tone and undertone. All
these aspects of the product lead to a beautiful, seamless and hydrating, highlight look.

A lot of people believe this is a myth, however, water is essential for hydrated and glowy
skin. It’s a proven fact that water clears the toxins of the skin. According to Facial Plastics New York City, “Getting enough water intake daily plays a pivotal role in aiding digestion,
blood circulation, and getting rid of toxins in the body, which helps your skin glow from
within.” I myself have noticed a significant difference in my skin since I started drinking more water.
